1. Services
SIA Tech provides software development, AI solutions, and related technology services including:
- AI-Powered Learning Systems (LMS)
- AI-Powered Business Platforms (ERP)
- Custom AI-Powered SaaS development
- Clinics Management Systems
- Digital Presence Platforms
- E-Commerce Platforms
- Mobile Application Development

2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful code or malware
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
- Use our services for any fraudulent or illegal activity
3. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SIA Tech or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
For custom development projects, ownership of deliverables will be specified in the applicable service agreement.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Payment Terms & Refunds
Fees for our services are specified in service agreements or proposals. Payment terms will be outlined in your specific agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. Our refund policies are detailed in our separate Refund Policy.
6. Payment Processing
Online payments for our services are processed through PayMob, a licensed payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by PayMob's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
- PCI DSS: We handle payment card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Credit card details are tokenized and processed directly through PayMob's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or cardholder authentication data on our systems.
- AML Compliance: We maintain anti-money laundering controls in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to conduct customer due diligence where required and to suspend or reject transactions that do not meet our compliance requirements. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Know Your Customer (KYC): We may require you to provide identification documents, proof of business registration, and other information to verify your identity before processing payments. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in payment suspension or account termination.
- Transaction Records: We maintain records of all payment transactions in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Transaction records are retained for the period required by law.
- Data Localization: Payment and financial transaction data is stored and processed in accordance with applicable data localization requirements. Our payment processor, PayMob, likewise observes these obligations.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty or consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during our business relationship. This obligation continues after termination of services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIA Tech, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your use of our services in violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party, or (c) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or internet disruptions.
12. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any signed service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SIA Tech regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, creating an account, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: The failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use of our services at any time by closing your account and discontinuing use. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator may award costs and fees (including reasonable legal fees) to the prevailing party as determined by the arbitrator. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in the appropriate courts of Cairo, Egypt. For consumers, nothing in this clause prevents you from pursuing claims in the competent consumer court where required by applicable law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Non-material changes (such as clarifications or formatting) may take effect immediately upon posting.
16. Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any material on our website or services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us with the following information: (a) your full name and contact information, (b) a description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed, (c) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, and (e) your electronic or physical signature. Notices should be sent to contact@sia-tech.org. We will respond to valid infringement notices and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
17. Export Controls
Our services may be subject to export control and sanctions laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national of any sanctioned jurisdiction.
